Shipping and Delivery Policy

Please note that the free shipping policy will apply only if specified so as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

Please note our shipping policies as below -

A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days. 

However if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email you your order tracking details. Kindly bear with us until then.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Don't worry, your healthy treats are on the way! Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

If your expected delivery date has passed, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email with your Order Number. Our team will track it down with our courier partner and share the exact status with you right away.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Most of our courier partners do not operate on national or public holidays. Orders scheduled for these dates are usually processed for delivery on the following business day. You can always track your real-time delivery status using the tracking link provided in your shipping notification.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to almost all locations across India! You can easily check if delivery is available to your specific area by entering your 6-digit pin code on any product page or during the checkout process before making a payment. If our system accepts the pincode, we can safely ship your order there.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Currently, we provide standard shipping services across India with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days. We do not offer guaranteed next-day delivery at this moment, but we are working to improve our logistics to serve you faster in the near future.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

We do not offer next-day delivery on all orders. We prioritize the safety and quality of our products, which require careful packing and handling. Our standard delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress!
