Refund and Returns Policy

At Krishna Food Industry, we take great pride in offering high-quality edible products to our valued customers. We are committed to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of taste, quality, and freshness.

Edible Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any edible products sold on our website. This policy is in place to safeguard the health and safety of our customers, as well as to maintain the freshness and integrity of our edible goods.

** In such a situation where a Quality issue, Product expiry has reached, Item/content damaged due to defective packaging OR a Wrong product is delivered, you are requested to please email us or call stating the details of your concern. While sending the details, please ensure to share the following details: –

d) Complain details:

e) Unboxing video is expected in case of leakage/missing item complains:

** Krishna Food Industry apologizes for all the inconvenience due to unintended mishandling or mismanaging at our end.

** Please be noted to share such concern within twenty-four (24) hours or delivery. Our Support Team will get in touch quickly to assist further. Complaint lodged after 24 hours may be attended with delay due to queue system.

Genuine concerns will be reverted along Return Shipping Label + Instructions. Returns without “Return Shipping Label” won’t be accepted.

Reception of such returns will undergo thorough inspection. An exchange or equivalent coupon code will be offered for any genuine case. No cash refunds will be entertained ever.

In case of Fake/Pseudo Delivery (only informative no product), you need to reach our support system as soon as possible (max 24 hours). We will track your parcel and make that a successful delivery.

Delivery will strictly be OPEN BOXED but CONTENT IN TRANSPARENT PACKAGING. This means, our representative will open the parcel in your presence to let you verify key aspects like packaging, expiry date, content condition etc. This will ensure Delivery with Customer Satisfaction avoiding any conflicts.

Returns can be initiated until the packaging is opened. But once it’s opened, it will be subjected to our expert/lab tests. Full refund will be entertained for a genuine case and penalties will be imposed for false/fake accuses/matters. The levy of freight will also be subjected as accordingly”.
